Dyeing is the process of coloring textiles (fabrics, fibers, yarns & garments) by applying dyes, which are organic compounds that chemically bond to the material, to achieve a desired color or pattern.

Our dyeing factories are certified for Okeotex / Gots / REACH Standards.

We also use Natural dyes when customer specifically ask for. Natural dyes have been traditionally been extracted from organic and mineral sources-plant matter as well as the earth, and applied onto yarn or fabric. Dyeing methods vary from region to region.

Indigo comes from the Greek word Indikon. We make garments made of Indigo dyed and apply various chemical washing process to create unique garments.

In the textile industry, compacting is a finishing process that uses heated rollers and belts under controlled pressure to tightly align fabric fibers, resulting in a denser, more uniform fabric with minimal shrinkage.

Purpose:

The primary goal of compacting is to minimize shrinkage in textiles, especially in loosely woven or knitted fabrics.

Printing involves applying designs and patterns onto fabric using various methods, including block, roller, screen, heat transfer, and digital printing, each with its unique approach and applications.

Types of Print we do - Water Base, Plastisol, Non pvc, Simmer ( Metallic ), Glitter, Puff, High Density, Foil, Flock, Solar Activated, Digital on Cotton, Sublimation On P/c & Poly Discharge, Transfer Print and as well as Allover prints.

Creating designs on fabric using needle and thread, often with the aid of computerized embroidery machines, after the design is digitized and transferred to the machine.

Our factory is equipped with modern Power single needle lock stitch machines, Over lock machines and Flat Lock Chain stitch machines, Rib Cutting Machine, Net Folding Machine. Our stitching unit has a strong work force of skilled persons. Our Assembly line consists of both Automated and Manual machines which has been designed to provide the required quality.

Every garment is subjected thru a initial check in the production on to the line and only then passed on to the separate checking division for 100% final checking.

Equipped with vacuum table used steam pressing for a perfect finish.

Garments are packed neatly in the designated packs and placed inside the carton or hanger racks for dispatch with at most care.
